Coptis appoints Roland de Heere as CEO

FRANCE – Coptis, a French company that provides advanced technology solutions for cosmetics and R&D, has appointed Roland de Heere as its new chief executive officer. 

He takes over from Jonathan Coeur, who has been serving as Deputy CEO since 2021.

De Heere has over a decade of experience in leadership, strategic planning and operational management across multiple industries.

De Heere said, “In 2025, our goal is to strengthen our commitment to our customers.’’ “We aspire for Coptis to be more than just a tool, a true partner in optimizing your R&D processes,”

Roland emphasised that they will continue to push boundaries and write this inspiring story, overcoming every challenge the future holds.

According to the company, his deep understanding of technology, operational excellence, and customer-centric approaches position him to lead Coptis into a new era and strengthen its impact on the cosmetics industry through cutting-edge solutions.

Before joining Coptis, Roland de Heere had an extensive career in the tech industry, where he held several leadership positions and played a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth at major technology firms.

For the past four years, he managed Redspher’s operations, overseeing a €300 million revenue ecosystem and leading a team of over 340 employees. This demonstrates his exceptional managerial understanding and strategic vision.

From 2018 to 2021, as CEO of Upela, he turned the company into a key player in the e-commerce and logistics space with €12 million(USD 12,487,317) in revenue. 

Drawing on his expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, de Heere aims to propel Coptis to new heights and expand its market presence in the personal care and beauty industry.
