USA – Cascade, an American dishwasher detergent brand, is introducing its New & Improved Platinum Plus, a dishwashing detergent designed to tackle the most challenging kitchen messes.
The new product features an enhanced formula that eliminates almost all food residues, delivering a nearly spotless shine and dryness.
It is designed to address consumers’ biggest dishwashing challenges, including stubborn food residue, tough grease, and streaky dishes.
These ActionPacs also incorporate the grease-fighting power of Dawn, a dish soap renowned for its exceptional cleaning ability.
Angelica Matthews, Brand Vice President of North America Dish Care at Procter & Gamble, said, “Through research, we discovered that people are becoming more adventurous in the kitchen.”
“They’re cooking with more complex ingredients, and we needed to ensure that our formula was leveling up the same way consumers are with their cooking.”
“New & Improved Cascade Platinum Plus can tackle even the toughest messes being made in the kitchen today, delivering a superior clean.”
A recent Procter & Gamble study analyzed the most popular recipes and observed a notable increase in the use of complex ingredients, especially proteins.
Meat was the most frequently used ingredient, with cheese and eggs ranking among the top five.
Cascade developed its new ActionPacs with a unique enzyme tailored to tackle traditionally stubborn food residues, such as cheese, baked-on eggs and pan-seared meats.
Cascade’s other products include dishwasher products, including Platinum ActionPacs, Complete ActionPacs, Free & Clear ActionPacs, Gel, Powder, and Rinse Aid.
In a similar move, Dawn, an American dish soap brand, recently introduced Dawn PowerSuds, its most advanced liquid dish soap.
This product features a formula that delivers double the suds.
It traps, locks, and removes up to 99% grease, preventing residue from spreading across dishes.
Additionally, the refillable Dawn PowerSuds EZ-Squeeze bottle is designed for convenience, standing on its cap and dispensing from the bottom, reducing mess and making dishwashing easier.
