Youth To The People expands skincare portfolio with launch of sunscreen

Youthscreen is formulated to be completely transparent, ensuring a seamless application across all skin tones.

USA – Youth To The People, an American personal care brand, has officially entered the sun care market with the launch of Youthscreen, its first-ever sunscreen.

This new addition to the brand’s portfolio is designed to offer broad-spectrum SPF 60 protection, shielding the skin from both UVA and UVB rays while delivering daily hydration and pollution defence.

Unlike conventional sunscreens that often leave a white cast or feel greasy, Youthscreen is formulated to be completely transparent, ensuring a seamless application across all skin tones.

The lightweight texture provides a natural, dewy finish, making it comfortable for everyday wear. In addition, the formula is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores, making it suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin.

Youthscreen is packed with a blend of skin-nourishing ingredients, including Dandelion Root, which offers anti-pollution benefits and enhances radiance, Kale and Green Tea Extracts, known for their antioxidant properties that combat free radical damage, and Vitamin E, Jojoba, and Bisabolol, which work together to hydrate, soothe, and support skin recovery from UV exposure.

According to a clinical test conducted by the brand, Youthscreen offers 24-hour hydration with an immediate 115% increase in moisture levels, enhances moisture retention by 97%, and delivers a 23% boost in protection against pollution adhesion.

The formula also helps prevent premature ageing from sun exposure and reduces oxidation by 92%, all while leaving a dewy finish with no white residue.

Joe Cloyes, co-founder of Youth To The People, said, “We didn’t want to make a ‘good for a clean sunscreen’ sunscreen—we wanted to make the sunscreen.”

“Youthscreen is ultra-lightweight, invisible on every skin tone, and feels more like skincare than SPF. It’s what we’ve always wanted to wear, so we made it.”

In the same move, an American personal care brand, Babyganic, has recently launched After Sun Gel Cream,  expanding its outdoor skincare portfolio to provide gentle, effective post-sun care.

According to the brand, the product is designed to cool, hydrate, and soothe sun-exposed skin, ensuring long-lasting 24-hour hydration.

The After Sun Gel Cream is infused with carefully selected botanical ingredients, including hydrating aloe, soothing arnica, calendula, and refreshing spearmint extract, all working together to calm and restore delicate skin after exposure to sun, sand, and chlorine.

The Mellow Melon scent, featuring notes of honeydew, cantaloupe, vanilla, and citrus, adds a subtle, comforting fragrance to the experience.
