PLZ Corp appoints Fenton Challgren as new CEO
Fenton brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and consumer goods.
USA – PLZ Corp, a North American-based independent speciality aerosol and liquid product manufacturer, has named Fenton Challgren as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 15, 2025.
Challgren, an industry veteran with over 25 years of leadership experience, succeeds Brett Finley, who praised Challgren as the right leader to guide the company’s next phase of growth and expansion, citing a long-term succession plan.
Fenton Challgren has a solid track record in manufacturing and consumer goods, having driven growth and innovation in previous roles.
He expressed his honour to serve as PLZ’s CEO and sees incredible opportunities to expand product offerings, enhance capabilities, and strengthen customer relationships to drive significant growth.
Before joining PLZ, he was the president of Outdoors & Security at Fortune Brands, overseeing 8,000 employees across five portfolio companies and leading significant organic and acquisition-driven growth.
He has also held senior leadership roles at IDEX Corporation, Masterbrand Cabinets, and Sony Electronics.
Since joining PLZ as Chief Operating Officer, Challgren has advanced strategic initiatives, improved manufacturing network performance, enhanced safety, and optimized the company’s operational footprint.
