U.S.A – Bansk Group, a New York-based private investment firm, has acquired a majority stake in the barrier-repair skincare brand Byoma, a UK-based skincare brand, from Yellow Wood Partners.
Founded in 2022 by CEO Marc Elrick, Byoma has quickly become a leading skincare brand focused on scientifically backed formulas to strengthen and maintain the skin barrier.
With a reputation for delivering transformational results through affordable, clinically proven products, Byoma has secured a top-five position in skincare at leading retailers across multiple markets.
The transaction terms were not disclosed.
Marc Elrick will continue to lead Byoma following the deal, emphasizing the brand’s mission to simplify skincare by focusing on barrier repair, delivering accessible yet prestige formulations, and educating consumers.
