Saxemard brings over 20 years of experience.

USA – Sol de Janeiro has appointed Jordan Saxemard as its Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, effective immediately.
Saxemard will lead the brand’s global marketing, communications, digital strategy, and consumer engagement efforts.
He reports directly to Heela Yang, Co-Founder and CEO of Sol de Janeiro.
This appointment marks an essential step as the brand seeks to amplify its mission of celebratory beauty and deepen emotional connections with customers worldwide.
Heela Yang, CEO & Co-Founder of Sol de Janeiro, stated, “As we enter our next chapter, I am excited to partner with Jordan to continue bringing our joyful, inclusive vision of beauty to more people around the world.”
“He has proven throughout his career that he can grow brands that are both emotionally resonant and commercially powerful.”
Yang added, “His understanding of how culture, innovation, and community intersect will be instrumental as Sol de Janeiro continues its evolution as a global lifestyle brand rooted in joy.”
Before joining Sol de Janeiro, Saxemard held senior leadership roles in beauty, luxury, and technology sectors.
Most recently, he was President for the Americas and EMEA at Dyson, where he led commercial and marketing transformation and contributed to the commercial success of the Dyson Airwrap, the top hair-styling tool in the U.S.
He also spent 12 years at Coty Luxury, where he played a significant role in the turnaround and expansion of Gucci Beauty, including overhauling its fragrance pillars and relaunching Gucci Makeup.
Besides Gucci, Saxemard managed marketing and commercial strategies for notable brands such as Tiffany & Co., Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, and Philosophy Skincare, elevating their cultural influence and commercial performance.
This appointment comes after Sol de Janeiro recently announced two major executive appointments to support its next phase of growth.
Laurie Lovett has been named Chief People & Impact Officer, while Elaine Paik joins as Chief Financial Officer.
Both Laurie and Elaine will report directly to CEO Heela Yang.
At Sol de Janeiro, Lovett will oversee Human Resources, Social Impact, and ESG initiatives, driving the company’s next phase of growth through a dynamic talent strategy, inclusive leadership, and programs that embody the brand’s core values of connection, care, and global spirit.
Paik will play a key role in reinforcing Sol de Janeiro’s operational foundation as the brand accelerates its growth across markets, product categories, and distribution channels.
