USA – Bath and Body Works has appointed Maly Bernstein as Chief Commercial Officer and Samantha Charleston as Chief Human Resources Officer, with both appointments effective November 12, 2025.

These strategic leadership changes aim to enhance the company’s expertise and strengthen the capabilities needed to drive its ongoing transformation.

Both Bernstein and Charleston will join the Bath & Body Works Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Daniel Heaf.

Daniel Heaf, Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Maly brings proven elevated multi-channel retail leadership, delivering distinctive consumer experiences and growth across all channels.”

“Samantha’s deep expertise driving enterprise-wide culture change and aligning people strategy with business transformation will help ensure we have the talent and ways of working to execute with discipline.”

Maly Bernstein joins Bath & Body Works from Bluemercury, where she served as Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure there, she led a brand evolution, elevated consumer experiences across channels, and revamped merchandising strategies to achieve consecutive quarters of comparable sales growth.
