Wipro Consumer Care acquires Good Home and Eva brands for USD  30.7M

The deal will also mark Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition, underscoring its acquisition-led growth strategy.

INDIA – Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, an FMCG company in India, is poised to acquire TTK Healthcare’s Good Home and Eva brands for ₹256 crore (USD 30.7 million), a move that will deepen its reach in India’s home care and personal care segments.

Together, Good Home and Eva generated ₹148 crore (USD 17.8 million) in revenue in FY26 and cover categories such as air fresheners, drain cleaners, deodorants, perfumes and talcum powder.

By bringing these labels into its portfolio, Wipro will add Good Home’s home-cleaning and air-care offerings alongside Eva’s personal-care range to its existing business.

Wipro said it intends to retain both brands and step up investment in distribution, product development and marketing to expand their reach.

The company described Good Home and Eva as established brands with a long consumer legacy, saying the acquisition strengthens its home care and personal care portfolio in categories with strong relevance and long-term growth potential.

TTK Healthcare’s board has already approved the divestment of the two brands to Wipro Enterprises.

The ₹256 crore (USD 30.7 million) transaction, plus applicable GST, is expected to close by September 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Good Home brand offers household cleaning and hygiene products such as air fresheners, odor removers, scrubbers, and drain cleaners, catering to everyday home care needs.

Its Eva brand focuses on personal care, with deodorant body sprays, no‑gas perfumes, roll‑ons, and talcum powders, becoming one of India’s most recognized deodorant lines.

The company’s newest deal builds on its 2019 acquisition of the Philippines-based Splash, which strengthened its international personal care business. Before that, Wipro Consumer Care acquired China-based Zhongshan Ma Er Daily Products Ltd in 2016 through an all-cash deal, reinforcing its presence in Asia.

Wipro Consumer Care made its first acquisition in 2003 when it bought the Glucovita glucose brand from Hindustan Unilever. It later added Chandrika in 2004, Unza in 2007, Yardley’s businesses in the Middle East, North Africa and Australasia in 2009, Yardley UK in 2012, and LD Waxsons Group in 2012.wikipedia+1

Together, these deals show how Wipro Consumer Care has steadily broadened its portfolio through both domestic and overseas acquisitions, using established brands to strengthen its consumer business.
