The agreement grants Interparfums full global rights to the David Beckham fragrance line, effective from April 1, 2028.

UK – Interparfums, Inc., a leading player in the global fragrance industry, has secured a groundbreaking 20-year exclusive worldwide license agreement for the development, production, and distribution of David Beckham-branded fragrances.
This strategic partnership with Authentic Brands Group, which co-owns the Beckham brand alongside the iconic former footballer, marks a significant expansion for Interparfums, tapping into Beckham’s enduring celebrity appeal and the brand’s established scent portfolio.
This long-term commitment replaces the previous licensing arrangement held by Coty, positioning Interparfums to revitalize and elevate the collection with innovative product launches and broader market penetration.
Company executives anticipate robust sales growth, projecting annual revenues exceeding USD 50 million within the initial years of operation.
A flagship new fragrance is already in the works, with a planned debut by late 2029, designed to capture Beckham’s sophisticated style while appealing to a diverse international audience.
Key financial terms include a minimum royalty guarantee of USD 6 million payable upon signing, plus annual guarantees starting at USD 3 million and increasing over time.
Advance royalties and innovative marketing fees further underscore the deal’s lucrative potential, reflecting confidence in the brand’s ability to drive premium fragrance sales across retail channels worldwide.
Jean Madar, Chairman and CEO of Interparfums, emphasized the natural alignment between the company’s prestige fragrance expertise and Beckham’s global icon status.
“David Beckham represents timeless elegance and broad appeal, making this partnership a perfect fit for our growth strategy,” Madar stated.
This deal strengthens Interparfums’ diversified portfolio, which already includes high-profile names like Jimmy Choo, Montblanc, and Lacoste, alongside recent additions such as Goutal Paris and Off-White.
By securing Beckham’s fragrances, Interparfums not only fills a gap left by the Nautica transition but also positions itself as a go-to partner for celebrity-driven lifestyle brands.
The move aligns with rising consumer demand for fragrances, blending celebrity endorsement with luxury craftsmanship, particularly in emerging markets across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Meanwhile, mid last year, Interparfums SA, a subsidiary of Interparfums, Inc., has secured an exclusive global fragrance license agreement with Longchamp, a Parisian luxury brand.
This agreement will remain in effect through December 31, 2036.
Under the terms of this exclusive worldwide agreement, Interparfums SA will assume responsibility for the creation, development, production, and distribution of new fragrance lines.
