Heather Wallace appointed Chief Executive Officer of Future Beauty Brands

Wallace takes over from Rob Keen, who had served as CEO since January 2026.

USA – Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a global beauty platform and Yellow Wood Partners portfolio company, has named Heather Wallace as chief executive officer to guide the business through its next stage of global expansion, innovation, and brand development.

Wallace will be central to advancing the company’s brand-building ambitions and supporting its push into new growth opportunities.

Dana Schmaltz, Partner at Yellow Wood Partners, stated, “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Heather as the new CEO of FBB.”

“We have known Heather for many years and admired her accomplishments throughout her career. We look forward to partnering with her and capitalizing on the Company’s powerful suite of products and global brand strength.”

Wallace brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across global beauty and consumer health, with expertise in direct skincare, dermatology, hair care, and cosmetics, as well as commercial strategy, operations, and marketing.

Before joining FBB, she was president, U.S., at Galderma and also served as CEO and board member of Curology.

In her comments, Wallace said that she is eager to work with Yellow Wood to build momentum, strengthen the brands, broaden global reach, and deliver innovative products that connect with consumers worldwide.

Earlier in her career, Wallace was president of the Americas at Revlon, where she oversaw commercial operations across North and Latin America.

She also previously led Henkel Beauty North America and spent nearly a decade at Novartis Consumer Health, where she handled marketing and commercial strategy across several consumer health categories.

Tad Yanagi, also a partner at Yellow Wood, said Wallace offers a strong mix of global beauty experience, commercial judgment, and transformational leadership, adding that she is well placed to help unlock FBB’s future potential.

In a similar move, Juliana Azevedo, currently president of home care and P&G Professional, was recently elevated to CEO of Gillette effective July 1, succeeding Gary Coombe.

Known for her focus on innovation and category growth, Azevedo began her P&G career as an intern in 1996 and has since held a range of brand management and sales leadership roles across some of the company’s best-known global brands.

P&G also noted that she was the first woman to lead its business in Latin America.

Earlier, she oversaw P&G’s business in Brazil, where she helped drive market leadership in key categories and managed several M&A transitions, including the acquisition of Gillette and the divestiture of former P&G brands Wella and Coty.

Before that, she served as global brand franchise leader for the feminine care category.
