Novvia is described as a global distributor focused on rigid containers and life sciences packaging.

USA – Novvia Group has acquired APC Packaging, a Florida-based supplier of eco-friendly, luxury beauty packaging, in a move that strengthens Novvia’s position in the beauty and personal care market.
The deal was not disclosed financially.
APC’s founders, Lisa and Christina Lin, will continue running day-to-day operations.
The partnership would help APC leverage Novvia’s scale, relationships, and expertise to enhance offerings, expand services, and deliver greater value to customers.
Bob Boucher, CEO of Novvia, stated, “APC is an excellent company that fits well within our growing consumer segment.”
“We look forward to partnering with Lisa and her team to build on their growth momentum while leveraging the combined strengths of our organization to scale our beauty packaging platform.”
The acquisition broadens Novvia’s consumer packaging footprint, especially in beauty, following its earlier purchase of Garrett Hewitt International (GHI), a US-based supplier of plastic and glass containers for the beauty and fragrance sectors.
