Revlon and Palm Angels join forces for new fragrance line

This collaboration marks Palm Angels’ first venture into the fragrance market.

USA – Revlon, an American multinational company dealing in cosmetics, skin care, perfume, and personal care, has entered into a long-term agreement with Palm Angels, a luxury streetwear brand, to broaden its product offerings and reach a wider global audience.

This collaboration marks Palm Angels’ first venture into the fragrance market, with plans to develop exclusive scent collections for both men and women, alongside scented ancillary products.

The Palm Angels fragrance line is expected to launch in 2027, targeting luxury consumers who resonate with the brand’s streetwear-meets-high-fashion identity.

The collection will likely feature bold, unconventional scents, reflecting Palm Angels’ rebellious and artistic DNA.

Michelle Peluso, CEO of Revlon, stated, “This partnership with one of Europe’s most exciting fashion brands is both transformative and full of potential for Revlon.”

“As we focus on accelerating Revlon’s fragrance business, Palm Angels is a fantastic partner who will help us reach new, prestige audiences, in new geographies and across new distribution channels.”

Palm Angels has built a reputation for its high-end streetwear aesthetic, collaborating with brands such as Moncler, Tod’s, and Barbour.

Following its acquisition by Bluestar Alliance in February 2025, the brand has been actively expanding its product offerings beyond apparel.

The introduction of a fragrance line is a natural progression, reinforcing Palm Angels’ commitment to creating a complete lifestyle experience for its global audience.

Joey Gabbay, CEO of Bluestar Alliance, said, “Revlon’s expertise and capabilities will allow us to enter the fragrance business with confidence.”

“Palm Angels has always aimed to create a lifestyle experience for our customers rooted in street culture that extends beyond clothing, and fragrance is a natural next step to shaping this world upon the brand’s 10th anniversary.”

For Revlon, this collaboration is part of a broader strategy to revitalize its fragrance division and appeal to a new generation of beauty consumers.

The company has been expanding its fragrance partnerships, including a licensing deal with Grammy-nominated artist Ice Spice.

Recently, Revlon has renewed its global licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group for Juicy Couture fragrances, continuing a partnership that began in 2016.

Under the agreement, Revlon will retain exclusive global rights to manufacture and market all Juicy Couture fragrance lines.

The new agreement supports an expanded product portfolio, including new launches across core fragrances and scented ancillary lines, further enhancing the Juicy Couture experience.
