PyD acquires majority Stake in Twelve Beauty

UK – Spanish group PyD has made a strategic advancement by acquiring a majority stake in Twelve Beauty, a skincare brand established in 2012 by pharmacist and cosmetic science PhD Pedro Catalá. 

This acquisition initiates a new independent business unit within PyD, dedicated to conscious beauty, responsible innovation, and global expansion.

This acquisition is seen as a pivotal moment to enhance the brand’s digital ecosystem, expand internationally, and develop new product lines, all while honoring its commitment to skin care with pure, natural ingredients and rigorous scientific research.
