Venaïg Solinhac named CEO of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care

She will also join the company’s executive committee and report to Group CEO Eric Ducournau.

FRANCE – Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a dermo-cosmetics company, has appointed Venaïg Solinhac as CEO of its Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division. 

Under Pierre Fabre’s Scale Up 2032 plan, Solinhac will be responsible for developing and carrying out the strategy for the Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division. 

Solinhac brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across consumer healthcare, consumer goods, and venture capital.

Before joining Pierre Fabre, Solinhac held senior roles at Kenvue, including Global Vice President of Baby Care in New York and Vice President of Essential Health Asia Pacific in Singapore. 

In those roles, she helped lead the global relaunch of Johnson’s Baby, revitalized Listerine in Asia-Pacific, and supported large-scale digital and commercial acceleration programs.

Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare in local, regional, and global leadership positions across four continents. 

There, she worked on portfolio and digital transformation initiatives tied to brands including Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum, and Parodontax.

That portfolio includes Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, MÊME Cosmetics, and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.

According to Pierre Fabre, these brands are supported by dermatologists and pharmacists and offer clinically focused solutions for sensitive and compromised skin, including wound healing, eczema, acne, and effects associated with cancer treatments, as well as oral health products. 

The company also said the business generated 1.711 billion euros (USD 1.96 billion)in revenue in 2025, up 2.6% from 2024, or 4.4% at constant exchange rates.
