Srinivasan joined the company on June 8, 2026.

INDIA – Eurofragance has named Shekhar Srinivasan as Managing Director for India, reinforcing its commitment to one of its fastest-growing markets and a central component of its international expansion strategy.
In his new position, Srinivasan will oversee Eurofragance’s Indian operations and guide the company’s next stage of development in the country.
His responsibilities will include expanding the business, strengthening relationships with customers, increasing the company’s market presence and supporting the development of a new manufacturing facility in India.
Eurofragance Chief Executive Officer Joan Pere Jimenez welcomed Srinivasan to the company, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Shekhar to Eurofragance.”
“His extensive experience, global perspective and proven leadership in complex and dynamic markets will be instrumental in building on the strong momentum of our business in India and strengthening our position in one of the world’s most dynamic fragrance markets.”
The appointment comes as Eurofragance continues to deepen its operations in India, where it established a local presence in 2018.
Since then, the company has developed an organisation of more than 50 employees serving customers across the fine fragrance, home care and personal care segments.
Srinivasan brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience spanning the specialty chemicals, fragrance and consumer goods industries.
His professional background includes managing business growth, leading commercial transformation and developing strategic initiatives in complex and evolving markets.
Before joining Eurofragance, Srinivasan was Global Business Head at Godrej Industries’ Chemicals division. In that role, he managed an international portfolio and achieved substantial growth in revenue and profitability.
His previous leadership positions also included roles at DSM-Firmenich, Ingevity India, Aranca and PetroTel Inc.
Srinivasan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
His appointment places an experienced executive with a background in chemicals, fragrances and consumer goods at the helm of Eurofragance’s Indian business as the company prepares to expand its commercial and manufacturing footprint in the market.
Srinivasan’s appointment comes shortly after Eurofragance recently strengthened its regional leadership by appointing Felipe Araya as General Manager for Europe, Africa, and Türkiye (EAT), a move tied directly to the company’s recent CEO transition.
