Bougie Scents and Fragrances unveils coffee-inspired scented candles

The collection offers two distinct expressions of coffee-inspired home fragrance while maintaining the brand’s focus on lifestyle-led scent experiences.

KENYA – Kenyan candle brand Bougie Scents and Fragrances has introduced “The Coffee Collection,” a new range inspired by coffee culture and the everyday rituals associated with the beverage.

The collection features the Vanilla Latte Candle and Iced Coffee Candle, alongside a bundle designed to bring the themed products together.

According to the brand, this collection is built around the familiar atmosphere of coffee moments, including early mornings, café conversations, homemade lattes, weekend coffee dates and relaxed moments at home.

Bougie Scents describes the range as a celebration of the coffee culture that brings people together and helps create a comforting home environment.

The Vanilla Latte Candle forms one of the collection’s central offerings. The company presents it as a product inspired by Kenya’s coffee heritage and the daily rituals connected to enjoying coffee.

Its positioning combines the familiarity of a latte with the ambience of a scented candle, making it suited to moments such as working from home, sharing conversations or enjoying quiet time.

On the other hand, the Iced Coffee Candle extends the collection’s coffee theme through a cooler interpretation of the beverage.

The launch strengthens Bougie Scents and Fragrances’ presence in Kenya’s home-fragrance market.

Bougie Scents and Fragrances offers other curated collections such as the Classic Collection, Premium Luxury Collection, Mini Collection, Muse Collection, and themed bundles like the Christmas Candle Collection.

Their scents range from gourmand notes like vanilla latte, pumpkin spice, and caramel dip to fruity blends such as blueberry, pomegranate, and sweet orange, alongside elegant oud and champagne-inspired fragrances.

Beyond candles, they also provide wax melts, reed and car diffusers, and gift packages designed for both personal indulgence and gifting.

The launch comes at a time when Kenya’s candle market was valued at about €23.28 million (USD 25.5 million) in 2024 and is projected to grow to €27.36 million (USD 30 million) by 2029, reflecting a CAGR of 3.28%, according to a report by Statista.
