This innovation significantly enhances the customer experience by enabling instant access to both technical and financial details.
NEXALIS serves as a comprehensive hub where clients can access all documents related to fragrances in their orders or quotes, including technical data sheets, IFRA compliance information, allergen lists, quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.
Users can also track real-time statuses for orders, such as pending production or shipped, and sample requests, fostering greater transparency and self-service efficiency.
The platform delivers unmatched autonomy and speed, critical for Iberchem and Scentium’s global operations that handle round-the-clock documentation demands. Customers now download needed files on demand, bypassing manual requests to sales teams and accelerating decision-making processes worldwide.
Implementation drew on collaboration across three core departments: Sales for customer-facing insights, Logistics for market-specific import needs, and IT for building and sustaining the system’s robustness.
María José Martos, Sales Operations Manager who led the rollout, highlighted its role in resolving longstanding pain points in order communication.
Iberchem plans ongoing refinements to NEXALIS, including expanded document types to build a richer repository that further cuts wait times, optimizes workflows, and elevates satisfaction with every transaction.
