Procter & Gamble names Shailesh Jejurikar Board Chairman

Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989 and has been part of its global leadership team since 2014.

USA – P&G has named Shailesh Jejurikar as Chairman of the Board, effective August 1, 2026, while he continues in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer.

The move comes as Jon Moeller, the company’s Executive Chairman, retires from the Board on July 31, 2026, and from P&G on August 14, 2026.

Jejurikar paid tribute to Moeller, stating, “I want to thank Jon for his many years of tireless and steady leadership at P&G, having served in key roles including Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer throughout his 38 years of dedicated service to the company.”

“Jon’s strategic vision has been instrumental in shaping the company P&G is today, and we have benefited from his unwavering courage and his profound care for this institution and its people.”

Jejurikar has held senior roles across categories, sectors and regions, helping strengthen core businesses such as global Fabric Care and Home Care in markets including North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

He has also played a role in shaping the company’s updated strategies and operational performance across supply chain, information technology and global business services.

In a similar move, Dossier Perfumes has appointed Stefano Curti as Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors, in partnership with American Pacific Group (APG) and Otium.

The appointment follows APG’s acquisition of Dossier Perfumes in March 2026.

Curti brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across beauty and consumer packaged goods.

At Johnson & Johnson, he spent over two decades and rose to Global President of the Beauty and Baby divisions, overseeing brands such as Neutrogena, Aveeno and Clean & Clear.

From 2020 to 2025, he served as Global Chief Brands Officer at Coty, where he led marketing strategy and brand development for major labels including CoverGirl, Max Factor and Rimmel.

He was also named to Forbes’ 2022 list of the World’s Most Influential CMOs and has since moved into private equity and board advisory work.

Curti said he was “thrilled and honoured” to join Dossier, praising the brand’s growth, its high fragrance quality at fair prices and its ability to build a strong community around a young, relevant identity.

He said he looks forward to working with founder and CEO Sergio Tache, the management team and the newly formed board. Tache, in turn, said Curti’s experience building and running global beauty brands makes him the right fit for Dossier at this stage of growth, calling the appointment a major turning point for the company.

Founded in 2019, Dossier positions itself as a perfume house for the next generation, focused on making premium fragrance more accessible.

The brand says it combines French craftsmanship and innovation, with clean, vegan and cruelty-free scents made in Grasse, France, starting at USD 29.

Its portfolio includes designer-inspired Impressions, brand-exclusive Originals and a Home collection, and it has shipped more than one million orders.
