Presperse names Jennifer Zientek as President & Chief Operating Officer

This move strengthens the company’s executive leadership as it pursues growth, innovation and a customer-centric strategy.

USA – Presperse Corporation, an American cosmetic ingredients supplier, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Zientek as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Zientek, returning to Presperse after a stint at Syensqo, brings wide-ranging experience across the beauty, personal care, home care, and speciality ingredients sectors, with a track record in commercial leadership, business strategy, innovation, customer development, and cross-functional management.

In her new capacity as President and COO, Zientek will lead Presperse’s business and operations, advancing its growth strategy while building on its established strengths in innovation, technical expertise, customer collaboration and service excellence.

Before rejoining Presperse, Zientek served as Market Director, Consumer Care – North America at Syensqo, where she oversaw the commercial strategy and performance of the North American Consumer Care business, including portfolio and asset management, sales and business development, innovation delivery, distribution strategy, and cross-functional execution spanning manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, quality and customer service. 

Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President, Global Account Management, Strategy & Design at Presperse, leading global key-account strategy and development, shaping account strategy across the wider Sumitomo cosmetics network, and driving new business, innovation opportunities, and stronger strategic customer partnerships.

Her background also includes senior commercial positions at Firmenich, IFF and Solvay, where she managed major global beauty and consumer brands and led strategic customer, innovation and market-development initiatives.

Her return underscores Presperse’s commitment to strengthening its market position and delivering greater customer value by bringing back a leader who knows the organisation and its clients, understands the evolving beauty and personal care landscape, and can apply a wider industry perspective to deepen customer partnerships and create long-term value.
