Amorepacific India names Vidushi Goyal Business Head of new premium division

Her appointment comes as India’s premium beauty and K-beauty categories continue to attract growing consumer interest.

INDIA – Amorepacific India has appointed Vidushi Goyal as Business Head of its newly created Premium Division, which will manage the company’s premium K-beauty brands, Laneige and Sulwhasoo, in India.

In this role, Goyal will oversee the business and marketing operations of both brands, and will be responsible for achieving sustainable growth and developing strategies that respond to the changing needs and preferences of Indian beauty consumers.

The establishment of the Premium Division brings India in line with other strategically important, high-growth markets within the Amorepacific Group’s global network.

It also reflects India’s growing importance to the company’s long-term international expansion plans.

The division will manage the integrated online and offline business activities of Laneige and Sulwhasoo, lead their marketing initiatives, and strengthen Amorepacific’s position in India’s premium beauty sector.

Commenting on her appointment, Vidushi Goyal, Business Head of the Premium Division at Amorepacific India, said: “The premium beauty segment in India is at an inflexion point, and I’m excited to lead this journey for Laneige and Sulwhasoo.”

“Laneige has already built a loyal Gen Z and millennial following, while Sulwhasoo, with its 80-year heritage in ginseng research, gives us a genuine luxury story to bring to India’s increasingly discerning beauty consumers.”

She added, “I look forward to building both brands into the country’s most-loved K-beauty names, and to strengthening Amorepacific’s leadership in India.”

Goyal brings more than 15 years of experience in developing and expanding consumer brands across the beauty, personal care and direct-to-consumer industries.

Before joining Amorepacific India, she was part of the founding marketing team at Mamaearth and contributed significantly to the growth of Swiss Beauty.

Beauty companies are increasingly investing in localized strategies, stronger brand positioning and category expansion to meet the needs of India’s expanding base of skincare and beauty consumers.

This move comes shortly after Amorepacific recently entered the Indian market with its floral-focused brand Mamonde, launching exclusively on Nykaa, India’s largest beauty and lifestyle e-commerce platform.
