Amcor unveils ‘Mocha’ bottle range for beauty and personal care brands

The Mocha launch comes amid sustained innovation across Amcor’s portfolio.

SWITZERLAND – Global packaging leader Amcor has introduced a new standard bottle range, branded Mocha, targeting the fast-evolving beauty and personal care (BPC) sector with a focus on shelf appeal, speed to market, and operational flexibility.

Designed with a rounded base and curved shoulders, the Mocha bottle aims to offer a contemporary aesthetic aligned with premium and masstige product positioning.

The pack also features a large decoration area to support strong brand visibility in competitive retail environments.

Available in 100ml, 250ml and 500ml formats, the Mocha bottle can be paired with a variety of flip-top closures and pump systems, enabling brand owners to tailor dispensing solutions to specific formulations such as lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and body washes.

For the 250ml and 500ml variants, Amcor offers an optional Wave 2cc pump dispenser engineered for ease of use and a modern appearance.

The minimum order quantity has been set at 10,000 units, with lead times of up to eight weeks, an approach designed to help emerging and mid-sized brands scale efficiently while responding quickly to shifting consumer trends.

“With our extensive knowledge and experience of beauty and personal care, we understand how creating a pack solution with strong consumer appeal needs to be matched with fast development and delivery, to help companies maximize opportunities in these highly competitive markets,” said Lara Alemany, global rigids packaging solutions product line director at Amcor.

The Mocha launch comes amid sustained innovation across Amcor’s portfolio.

Recently, the company expanded its all-plastic Wave 2cc pump range with the introduction of the Grace head, a new actuator designed to elevate the consumer experience in personal care packaging.

The Grace head features a sleek, ergonomic shape that fits comfortably in the hand, combining effortless dispensing with a premium aesthetic.

In addition, Amcor was recently selected to supply rigid bottles and flexible tubes for Fragrances of Ireland’s expansion of its Inis The Energy of the Sea brand into the haircare segment, reinforcing the packaging supplier’s position in premium personal care applications.

The new Inis haircare line includes a shampoo, conditioner and spray, extending a brand traditionally associated with body care products inspired by the North Atlantic.

As beauty and personal care brands intensify their focus on premiumization, recyclability and agile product launches, Amcor’s latest bottle platform underscores a broader industry shift toward modular, design-forward packaging solutions that balance aesthetics, performance and sustainability.
